We are seeking a dynamic **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our new team and beginnings at **Narellan**

**About the role**

This role provides an exceptional customer experience and serves as one of our Customers main contact points throughout their journey with Bravoauto. This is a rewarding role with plenty of room to grow.

**You don’t need automotive experience Here is what we are looking for**:

- Bring your passion for providing exceptional customer service, and we’ll train the rest
- Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged face to face and online.
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment.
- Ability to maintain high standards focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with our customers as you will be executing test drives, delivery and handover and check-ins with the customer after purchase.
- Valid driver's licence
- **Able to work each Saturday (we don't open Sunday) with a day off in lieu throughout the week**
