What to Expect
- At Tesla, our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. Integrating Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) into energy networks is a crucial enabler of that mission. The Tesla Energy team is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join the APAC Business Operations team. We are looking for an experienced and driven person who will be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support with the growth of Tesla’s VPP across Australia.
What You’ll Do
- The Customer Experience Specialist will support customers during the onboarding and acquisition phase and provide information about Tesla Energy products and services.
- Educate customers on how to self-serve and navigate Tesla Energy products and programs;
- Accurately record issues and data and follow processes;
- Provide an exceptional experience to our customers on a daily basis
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of full sales life cycle experience with a proven track record of success in a quota-driven environment; business to consumer experience is a plus.
- Relevant experience working in a customer service environment;
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities;
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected and trusted partner
- An interest and understanding of energy products and technology, particularly Tesla products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
