Further, you will define the Organisational Leadership drivers, behaviours, expectations and practices in partnership with Executive Talent and Capability.

Passionate about Culture, you will provide thought leadership on organisational culture to ensure Westpac’s strategy is refreshed and remaining contemporary. Managing a team, you will lead and coach the Culture team and provide leadership informally across the HR function.
