Further, you will define the Organisational Leadership drivers, behaviours, expectations and practices in partnership with Executive Talent and Capability.

Passionate about Culture, you will provide thought leadership on organisational culture to ensure Westpac’s strategy is refreshed and remaining contemporary. Managing a team, you will lead and coach the Culture team and provide leadership informally across the HR function.

You will have substantial culture transformation experience at a group-wide level in your background and be familiar with working at a large organisation knowing how to navigate complex environments. You will hold demonstrable experience in the development and delivery of a Group culture plan and roadmap, as well as building and delivering interventions to support leader capability and the organisational shift to a desired Culture, especially in financial services and regulated entities.
