**SNAPSHOT**:

- Liaising with key stake holders for forwarding instructions and draft/original bills;
- Lodgment of permit requests via AQIS whilst ensuring relevant certificates are prepared;
- Creating or assisting in processing commercial Export documentation for containerized cargo and/or bulk vessels;
- Booking, coordination and control of container bookings (road/rail/sea);
- Experience in EDN's, RFP's & PRA's (_required for some role types)_

Displaying working knowledge of Export documentation, Shipping and/or Logistics such as container procedures with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will either have
**proven experience** operating efficaciously in high volume, fast paced environments, with exemplary accuracy

***demonstrate a genuine interest in this career path
**_ and/or_**
**completed an Agribusiness/Supply Chain related tertiary studies**
**_or_** have transferrable experience (such as import/export/logistics experience in
**freight forwarding** industry). Experience in letters of credit is highly advantageous
_(not essential)_ with experience in the commodities sector and previous use of computer software such as Grainsmart, Trident, BSM and/or EdiSoft being highly regarded
_(though not essential)_.
