**About the role**:
Our client is an iconic Australian telecommunications company which builds and operates telecommunications networks and markets voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other products and services. Join a leader within industry in a contract role and work on innovative transformation programs.

As a Change Practitioner, you draw on your breadth of experience in designing, developing, executing and reporting on change management plans for the organisation. Leveraging your interpersonal skills, you will successfully engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Your success is built upon delivering change initiatives that create a great experience for our customers and business.

We are looking for exceptional Change Managers who ideally have experience in Agile work environments. Great executors who have a positive mindset and well-structured in their approach will excel in these roles.
- Leverage deep knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of end-to-end change management strategies to increase adoption of changes
- Contribute to the development of actionable and targeted change management activity (such as change impact assessments, communication plans, learning approaches, training schedules, resource plans and resistance management plans) in accordance with governance frameworks
- Encourage a positive change culture across the enterprise, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders in the development and optimisation of change benefits to business processes, systems and technology
- Use a set of defined change management problem solving methodologies and tools (enabling identification of interdependencies, risks, resource requirements etc.) including integrated and aligned change management activities
- Provide input into the development of business case creation including impact assessments and stakeholder management plans to help define what the change outcomes will be
- Identify and act on potential business impacts and risks as a result of the changes, working with a variety of stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and execute activities to minimize disruption, support transition and drive employee engagement
- Authentically engage with and influence stream leads to identify, understand and facilitate transition activities relevant to the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes being introduced
- Recognised as an expert in change management, with knowledge of emerging/future trends and the implications that these trends have to the practices across change management
- Provide accurate reporting of change activities through the establishment of milestones and goals and their subsequent monitoring
- Leverage substantial expertise and/or experience to ensure effective integration and business readiness into operations or other areas impacted by changes to process across a large/multi-year program of work
- Significantly contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within their group/business unit/function/team to support measurable improvements to effectiveness, productivity, customer experience and/or profitability
