Robert Half have partnered with a large corporation who have gone from strength-to-strength, and are now seeking a seasoned Payroll Officer to join the team on a temporary basis, to assist with a large-scale project

As a leading recruitment consultancy, we are partnering with this dynamic organisation that truly values its team members and fosters an environment of growth and collaboration.

This role is looking to be for around 6-months, and an immediate start is required.

**The Role**

This role will see you working in a Payroll team of 3, and will be responsible for
- ** Payroll Processing**: Collect and compile payroll data from various sources, including time sheets, attendance records, and employee information, with full-function processing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the payroll team, participating in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any challenges or discrepancies.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Tackle payroll discrepancies and inquiries head-on, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution to maintain a seamless payroll process.
- ** Internal Project Contribution**: Bring your payroll prowess to the forefront, actively contributing insights and solutions to drive the success of a critical internal project.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency's within the payroll system, implementing improvements as necessary.
