**The Opportunity**:
Join our Service department as a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including payroll processing, service invoicing, and customer support.

You will be looking after the WA region, working on a high volume of non-inventory orders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely processing and communication.

**Roster**: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week (flexible start/end time)

**Salary**: $86,500 + super

**What we are looking for**:

- Proficient in SAP, AX Dynamics, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in purchasing, invoicing, payroll, and procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and customers
- Strong customer service abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
