As we continue to bring new products to the market, we are looking to bring on board a Warehouse Site Supervisor for our Western Australia Site

You will be responsible to leading a team lead in our WA site to support the distribution of our stock to our customers on time every time.

You will be responsible for;
Manage customer service and warehouse team to ensure they are motivated, have the knowledge and the skills to perform effectively.

Handling complaints

Processing credits, consignment stock returns.

Provide product information, availability, lead times and product recommendations.

Evaluate customer support results and prepare action plans for improvements.

Daily duties including answering phones, processing orders, following return, warranty NCR procedures.

Receipting of inward goods

Open and close branch each day

Assist & backup all areas of branch

Oversee goods returned and ensure process has been completed

Stationery & Office amenities supplies

Weekly & Monthly reporting to Head Office

Assist Head Office with HR/Payroll tasks

Implementing, Maintaining and Ensuring WHS policies and procedures are enforced

Banking & Mail

Identify and contribute to continuous quality improvement

To conduct activities in a safe, quality and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with Rhino-Rack WHS, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role, you should have**:
2+ years experience in a similar role

The ability to lead and motivate a team

Planning & Organisation

Communication - Verbal & Written

Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork

Adherence to Company Policy & Safety Rules

Attendance & Punctuality

Self-Management Skills
