**Your Purpose**:
This role is responsible for leading a small team in generating meaningful and actionable insights for our clients, overseeing projects, as well as maintaining the various platforms, systems, and integrations within their respective tech stacks.
You will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to guide strategic initiatives and elevate our clients' business outcomes. You'll work closely with the data science team, architects, and account management teams to deliver a range of data-driven projects and initiatives within the media and advertising space.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Consult with the client on business, data, and analytics enquiries including the methodology around testing campaigns
- Provide business solutions and optimization methods through various statistical and quantitative methods
- Analyse pipelines of data using Databricks platform and data cleanrooms to mine useful business insights, often requiring the harmonisation of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources
- Deliver non-technical presentations to all levels of the business
- Guide analytics team across best practice methodology in delivering client pieces of work
- Maintain relationships with technology partners and technical teams at Facebook, Google and others as well an internal teams and agency partners
**Your Expertise**:
- You will have proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 1 year experience in mentoring or managing a team.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in Python and proficiency in SQL programming languages
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in a similar role, client facing with proven experience successfully presenting ideas to clients
