Job Opportunity: Office Support & Sales Specialist

Are you looking to transition from full-time hands-on work but still enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed? We have the perfect role for you

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure each customer receives a positive and memorable experience, even in a fast-paced environment.

**Position Details**:

- **Hours**: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
- **Training**: Provided Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm for 3-4 weeks under the guidance of the Office Manager and Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer queries via phone, online, and face-to-face
- Direct messages and enquiries to appropriate personnel
- Generate jobs in our specialized software
- Process card payments over the phone and in-store
- Perform data entry and general office duties
- Support other office staff in their daily tasks
- Organize couriers/freight for incoming/outgoing goods
- Process purchase orders

**Skills and Experience**:

- Confident, engaging, and personable with clear professional verbal communication
- Knowledge of the steel industry is a bonus
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding organization and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency
- Great attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks without supervision
- Computer proficiency
- Driver’s license
- Eager to learn and adapt
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Team player willing to assist with a variety of duties
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, clients, and third parties

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
