**Job description**:
**The Role**
- We are currently looking for an Operations Officer that is driven and self-motivated to achieve goals
- Strong and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and other team members to solve issues and develop business process’s
- Act as a process improvement champion to support identification of process improvement opportunities (systems and processes) with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Support other team members to attain team objectives by sharing information, knowledge, skills and resources and encouraging team performance
- Driving continued growth and performance through a fluid operational environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Cross training of other staff on system functionality as required.
- Liaising with internal and external parties with different priorities to achieve the best result for the business
- Utilise and adhere to operational procedures and achieve consistent business practice
- Participate in business and regulatory projects as needed
- Prepare reports and recommendations as required
- Provide support to the team and Director to streamline business processes and adapt to business needs and changes

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of projects and outreach to stakeholders.
- Establishing internal operations and processes.
- Demonstrated resilience and sound communication skills (preferred).
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative, work autonomously, communicate and work cooperatively with other members of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Good communication skills in relation to other staff, clients and visitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of hygiene standards, infection control practices, food safety standards, workplace health and safety, total quality management, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination practices and behaviour as applied in the working environment.

**Salary**: $54,533.30 - $70,000.00 per year
