**What is the role?**

Our team of Franchise Business Coaches (FBC) are responsible for driving Franchisee economics and engagement of each store within their network. This FBC role is part of The Coffee Club Network in Melbourne, the unofficial Coffee capital of Australia

Being positive, energetic, infectious and strong leaders they build capable and committed Franchise Partners that deliver our Brand Promise and work hard to action Store Plans developed to increase both sales and profitability.

**Who are we looking for?**

We're seeking a true team player and experienced operator to be part of our work hard, play hard team.

**Other requirements of success in this role include**:
Holds a Bachelor Degree in Business (highly regarded)

Has at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

Has had sound experience within Hospitality and/or Franchising

Holds a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)

Has an ability to work autonomously, but enjoys collaborating with others
