**Job Description Summary**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for SAED Project Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. The role can be conducted from VIC/WA/SA/QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role is responsible for:

- Effectively managing, allocating and co-coordinating resources, systems and processes to successfully meet project deliverables within time, budget and to a high standard of quality.
- Adhering to legislative guidelines including OH&S regulations and other relevant industry legislation.
- Proactively sourcing opportunities to attract further revenue and increase company profits through new business and by maximising existing business.
- Effectively managing and developing staff to maximize their potential and ensuring all deadlines re: the completion of projects are met and communicated to all relevant staff.
- Meeting project requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all deadlines regarding the completion of the project are met and communicated to the Operations Director.
- Evaluate the viability of any proposed project and co-ordinate necessary resources required to carry out key tasks and meet project objectives.
- Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources necessary to meet the delivery objectives of the project.
- Represent the company within designated authority level and behave in a fully professional and ethical manner.
- Identify and develop any new business opportunities in consultation and with the approval of the Project Director.
- Maximise existing business relationships by identifying further opportunities to grow existing business.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or Property related discipline
- Demonstrated major project experience, in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint
- Planning and Project management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum
- High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues
- Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements
- Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition
- Applicants who have worked on Telstra Wireless projects before will be highly regarded.
