We are a leading security company based in Adelaide and we are looking for an experienced Site Security Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Adelaide, South Australia.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Manage and oversee all security operations for assigned sites.
- Supervise and train security officers on site procedures and protocols.
- Ensure that all security measures are properly implemented and followed by all officers.
- Respond to any security incidents and manage emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records of security operations and report any incidents to management.
- Collaborate with site management and other departments to address security issues and concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that security standards are being met.
- Monitor and control access to sites, ensuring that only authorised personnel are allowed entry.

**To be considered for this position, you will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
- A current SA Security Industry Licence and First Aid Certificate.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have full working rights
