**Your new position**

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of recruitment functions across multiple business units, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trustworthy advisor to our Management Team. Reporting to the Manager People Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Promoting and positioning the business within the marketplace as an employer of choice.
- Plan and execute Recruitment Open Days.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
- In addition to business-as-usual activities, you will participate in exciting P&C projects which have a profound impact on The Wests Group
