**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our Head Office team in Doncaster. Reporting to the Finance Team Manager, you will be working on all aspects of the payroll function for the Johns Lyng Group, assisting staff with payroll related enquiries and maintaining accurate employee records. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Fortnightly payroll for JLG business units
- Ensure timesheets are received & accounted for
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare payroll reports & payslips
- Process salary & related entitlements for all staff
- Respond to staff enquiries relating to salary & related entitlements, leave & general conditions of employment
- Implement payroll changes, including salary increments & award increases
