**Social Media Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term**

With a strong retail presence and loyal customer base, we're looking for a creative and detail-driven **Social Media Coordinator** to help elevate our brand story across social platforms and drive engagement with our audience.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life online. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Nine West Australia’s social media channels, and supporting the execution of digital campaigns that align with our brand vision and commercial goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Write compelling captions that reflect the Nine West tone of voice.
- Assist with the coordination of product and campaign shoots.
- Liaise with creative, retail, and e-commerce teams to support key launches, events, and promotions.
- Source and brief influencers for collaborations and product gifting.
- Monitor and respond to customer engagement across channels.
- Report on performance analytics and audience insights, suggesting improvements.
- Stay up to date with social trends and competitor activity to ensure Nine West remains a leader in the space.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 1-2 years experience in a social media or digital marketing role (fashion or retail industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for elevated visual content.
- Confidence in analysing metrics and understanding what drives engagement.
- A collaborative mindset and love for all things fashion, shoes, and digital storytelling.
