**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator (Casual, 3 hours/week in south yarra) - Eyewear Project

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and eye-catching content for our eyewear brands. You will work approximately 3 hours per week, helping to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and curate high-quality content (images, videos, graphics) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Craft compelling captions and posts that align with our brand voice and target audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our eyewear collections, special offers, and new product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy.
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or eyewear industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a 3-hour work week.
