**What you’ll do**:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager - Content & Social in planning, management and monitoring ALH’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve community and marketing effectiveness and develop the capability of other users. As an expert, this role ensures social media best practices are maximised, and actionable insights provided to the business for continuous improvement.
- Support the Marketing Manager - Content and Social in the development and implementation of ALHs social media strategy, to improve efficiency and workflows for social media management and media spend.
- Responsible for the delivery of revenue generating paid marketing campaigns, driving ongoing awareness across social media channels to increase traffic and conversions
- Partner with Brand Marketing team to support key brand campaign initiatives with compelling content, amplified on social media and provide all Leads updates on performance, iterating to maximise ROAS
- Support the Marketing Manager - Content & Social in the implementation of the systems and tools for more effective and efficient management of social media
- Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity
- Develop and maintain intimate and up-to-date knowledge of all latest & evolving social media techniques, sets clear campaign KPIs that aligns to industry best practice and delivery of post campaign analysis & responsible for measurement of campaign KPIs.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in developing highly targeted campaigns and building marketing and customer plans, with experience in digital and content marketing. You will be an analytical thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and passionate about the customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will also need:

- Proven digital marketing, social media & content marketing experience.
- Experience working in a dedicated marketing environment.
- High level of attention to detail, curious and analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated commercial focus and acumen, with advanced budget management skills and experience.
- Proven ability to turn insights into action.
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
