**Job description**

Due to the growth of the business of 75+ years, we have several opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced Accounts people to join our team on a permanent basis. These roles are a great opportunity for motivated individuals to become an integral part of our Finance team.

**About the roles**

These roles are pivotal in supporting the Accounts function across several of our business units. A snapshot of the roles is listed below:
- **Billings**
- Maintain an efficient and timely billing workflow, ensuring clients are invoiced correctly
- Data entry / processing into the system of Sales Invoices
- Ensuring processes are performed accurately, meeting internal and external customer needs
- Timely and effective resolution of queries
- Assist Management with monthly reporting
- Actively monitoring outstanding work in progress and ensure clients are invoiced in a timely manner

**Accounts Payable**
- Processing of a high volume of approved supplier invoices
- Ensuring the AP role is performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Timely and effective resolution of queries received
- Perform review and reconciliation of supplier statements and invoices prior to payment

**Accounts Receivable / Project Claims**
- Ensuring payments are made according to terms and non-payments are managed effectively
- Communicating with customers for collections, outstanding debts, queries, etc.
- Maintain the Company’s Debtor Control procedure
- Proactively pursuing debtor ledgers and collection of outstanding revenue

**Who are you??**
- You’ll have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-player ‘can-do’ attitude
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks
- Experience with Accounting software packages, Great Plains would be advantageous
- An aptitude for working within a dynamic and challenging environment
