We’re excited to be recruiting a for a Finance Business Partner to support the Salomon team and join our dynamic and growing ANZ team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this new role is a strategic opportunity for a finance professional with strong commercial acumen to support a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-channel environment. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across brand management, IT, supply chain, customer service, HR, and more - helping shape smarter financial decisions, optimize performance, and drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Deliver timely, insightful financial analysis across business units
- Build and maintain models to support business performance and forecasting
- Design and develop reports that support strategic decision-making

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic objectives
- Monitor and report on variances, offering data-driven recommendations

Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyse KPIs, trends, and variances
- Present actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership

Compliance & Controls
- Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance
- Partner with the Internal Controls Manager to execute audit activities

Sales, Margin & Cost Optimization
- Analyse sales performance across channels - with a strong focus on Retail
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvements

Retail Support
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support our exciting expansion plans
- Develop business cases

Channel Strategy
- Develop financial strategies to grow Retail, B2B, and E-commerce
- Support expansion plans with financial modelling and analysis

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights
- Provide support across all functions to drive informed decision-making

Team Leadership & Project Support
- Mentor junior team members and promote a high-performance culture
- Support the execution of local and global strategic projects as needed

**Who We’re Looking For**:
You’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- CA or CPA qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance or business partnering role
- Strong experience of SAP
- Proven track record in multi-channel environments (Retail, B2B, E-commerce)
- Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills ( Advanced Excel & Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Passion for driving improvement, solving problems, and influencing strategy
