**YOUR MISSION**:
We have a great opportunity to join the PUMA Finance team in the role of Teamhead Retail Finance This is a fixed term opportunity, covering a period of parental leave.

Operating as Commercial & Finance cross-function to support and provide key stakeholders with accurate and timely accounting, reporting analysis and commercial advice.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting and managing end-to-end strategic planning, by providing relevant financial data, commercial insights and undertaking strategic analytics on drivers of Retail performance. Also includes both short-term & long-term Budget & Mid-terms strategy planning.
- Assisting in business case development/deal packs for any store investments and expansion plans. Preparing financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decision-making, including assessment of investments’ profitability.
- Supporting the business with ongoing Retail projects, including store development opportunities, and working closely with Head of Retail on all retail matters (with Revenue & Margin focus), including identifying key opportunities & risks, quantifying & evaluating the impacts to the business.
- Collaborating with Retail Planning Team to provide financial insights & support in decision-making processes.
- Overseeing and managing of Retail Financial Accounting team.
