Settlements and Office Admin Assistant for Car

We pride ourselves on having a fun team environment, where anyone wishing to excel in the many different aspects of our business has multiple opportunities to progress in their career. **About the role**: - A high-volume role which requires strong attention to detail. - Reviewing and processing incoming loan contracts accurately - Identifying inconsistencies with customer documentation and information provided - Ensure compliance with the customers Service Level Agreement - Entering of data to ensure seamless settlement and set ups with lenders - Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders to solve queries - Liaising with sales consultants regarding their queries - Communicating issues with settlement documents to internal and external stakeholders - Have a good understanding of credit policy and cross train in this area to be proficient in credit - Processing settlements and inputting client loans into our CRM **About you**: To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in Customer Service, Financial Services or in a previous settlements position.
