The employee will be required to provide day to day support to management by ensuring that the operation has the appropriate level of coverage, in the most cost effective manner without compromising on safety.
- Complete weekly roster and distribute as per EA requirement or sooner.
- Complete allocations and any relevant changes to the WorkBridge system.
- Complete manpower sheets and distribute one day prior.
- Manage annual leave days, workers compensation, training, Z days, sick leave and overtime on the roster, in a cost effective manner.
- Manage roster extensions, delays and call in's in a cost effective and fair manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the EBA to ensure requirements are met.
- Liaise with training department and management to ensure necessary up skilling is conducted.
- Coordinate buddy training with the training department and allocate on manpower sheets.
- Compilation of a manual, detailing processes and procedures.
- Rostering and Planning/Allocations - Long, Mid and Day-of, though coordination with Centralized Rostering and the local team on the ground
- Allocate manning GSE to meet the needs of the customer.
- Obtain inbound and outbound load plans from customer airlines and provide to the Ramp teams.
- Become direct point of contact to provide real time information for Ramp teams, airline and Station management.
- Create live shift reports.
- Update and record arrival and departure times of aircraft - communicate to Ramp crews.
- Capture revenue items regarding towing/extra pushbacks etc for RSMS
- Inform Station Management of any delays or service failures.
- Record GSE defects and report to GSE Maintenance
- Record staff absences, or late personnel, make changes to ramp teams to cover any shortfall in staffing levels.
- Liaise with airline station management, airport operations staff, handling agents, and other airport stakeholders.
- Payroll / Leave Administration
- Equipment Control - Scanners, Headsets, Radio etc
- Airline Communications (Proactive and Reactive)
- Assist with Training co-ordination.

- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A positive and flexible attitude.

- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative and to work independently in a busy environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
