Deliver high performance standards around all day to day support to management by ensuring that the operation has the appropriate level of coverage, in the most cost effective manner without compromising on safety.

**What you'll be doing**
- Complete weekly roster and distribute four weeks prior.
- Complete manpower sheets and distribute one day prior.
- Manage annual leave days, workers compensation, training, Z days, sick leave and overtime on the roster, in a cost effective manner.
- Manage roster extensions, delays and call in's in a cost effective and fair manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the EBA to ensure requirements are met.
- Direct point of contact for staff in cases of illness, this includes liaising with the administrators to ensure the appropriate paperwork has been provided by staff.
- Monitor skill deficiencies and liaise with training department and management to ensure necessary up skilling is conducted.
- Coordinate buddy training with the training department and allocate on manpower sheets.
- Compilation of a manual, detailing processes and procedures.
- Working down as directed.

**What you will bring**
- Ability to accommodate flexible work pattern around operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
- Strong understanding of EBA and operational processes.
- Advanced computer, numerical and administrative skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new ways of thinking.
- Strong understanding of rostering systems and principles
- Hold and maintain valid ASIC.
