We’re a **purpose-built clinic** with a modern, fully equipped facility and a fantastic team of **5 vets and 1**1** dedicated support staff**. Our culture is all about collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering outstanding care—with a personal touch.We’re currently seeking a **Lead Veterinarian** to guide, inspire, and grow alongside our team. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading a team of likeminded, passionate vets
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Working closely with our Practice Manager and Regional Manager to shape the direction of the clinic
- Enjoying guaranteed surgical time and a strong mix of cases, from routine to complex
- Mentoring junior vets and contributing to regular clinical development sessions

**What’s In It for You**:

- ** Competitive salary** of $130,000 - $150,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
- Flexible full-time roster: 4 weekdays and every 3rd weekend. Public holidays required on a rotation basis

**Clinic Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 6:30pm (Vets start from 8am)
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am - 3:00pm
- Public Holidays: 8:00am - 4:00pm
