**About the Role**:
**Does this sound like you?**
- Do you have a qualification in health and safety, or relevant experience?
- Do you have experience in managing psychosocial risks?
- Do you have great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills?
- Do you work well collaboratively with a range of people from different backgrounds?
- Do you have solid computer skills using Microsoft packages?
- Do you like working on a variety of projects and initiatives?
- Do you have a passion for safety improvements?
- Are you open to travel across Victoria?

A background within aged care, health or disability sectors is not essential but preferred.

**Requirements**:

- A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check, we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them.
