**About the Role**:
The Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Emergency and Systems Officer plays a critical role within the HSW team, focusing on coordinating Emergency Management and HSW Systems. This position entails providing expert advice to managers to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) and emergency management regulations. Key responsibilities include managing the HSW inbox, maintaining intranet and SharePoint sites, and conducting hazard inspections and risk assessments. The officer is also responsible for overseeing the Chemwatch Safety Data Sheet (SDS) system, serving as the systems administrator for Workers Compensation Databases and the Incident Reporting database, supporting emergency management planning, and assisting with investigations and debriefs following emergency situations. This multifaceted role demands a proactive approach to effectively implement and sustain safety protocols and emergency management procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check, we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them.
