**Hours**: Full-time (38 hours per week), hybrid (possibility to be from home 2-3 days a week, rhythm to be discussed)

**Role responsibilities**
- Schedule & logistics around the Career Week at Le Wagon Melbourne, which includes:

- Overseeing the day-to-day of the Melbourne Career Week (1 or 2 weeks after each Batch)
- Being the point of contact for staff and teachers during their Career Week
- Organising events with Hiring Partners
- Owning and measuring the success of our Career Week
- Teaching our Career Week content
- Being a support for the students throughout this job-hunt journey
- Delivering lectures on Career topics
- Answering students’ questions during the day as they go through the content
- Review their submissions
- Collecting feedback on the course and Career Week
- Organising 1-1s with the students to answer their questions
- Providing the support needed to our Alumni
- Ensuring that the job hunt process is going as well as possible for our Alumni
- Doing 1-1s when they need support
- Reviewing and making suggestions on documents they submit
- Owning and measuring the success of our Career Support
- Staffing the next courses according to experience and availabilities
- Managing daily batch organisation
- Making sure teachers are delivering the quality of lectures they are expected
- being the point of contact for the students
- organising 1-1s to ensure everything is going well
- posting on Slack and Whatsapp to engage the students
- Passing on information from students to teachers and vice-versa

What a week would look like:

- Batch Management: 50% of the week
- Outcomes Management: 30% of the week
- Supporting the growth of our Hiring Partners network: 20% of the week
