**Who we’re looking for**:
The Repairs & Maintenance Manager (R&M) has full accountability for the successful operation of the Repairs, Maintenance and Supplier Management functions for our Fleet customers.

This role is a key member of the CX in-life management team, which includes leading the Sydney & Melbourne R&M teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer service outcomes for our Novated & Operating Leases customers by ensuring a strong focus on quality assurance, process improvement, team excellence, and creation and adherence to all service levels.

The R&M Manager will effectively manage key supplier relationships and the end-to-end processes associated with these vendors (i.e. Insurance, Accident & Repair Management). This role will be fully accountable for the careful management of the maintenance and tyre budgets, ensuring we balance cost and maintain strict adherence to safety and driver experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead, coach and build a high performing and an engaged team across both Sydney and Melbourne sites in line with business objectives and deliverables.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication across the relevant internal departments and with external suppliers
- Ensure the team and individuals are acting and responding to customer needs with a strong service ethic and in alignment with SLA’s through regular reporting and KPI management to ensure targets are met.
- Role model, foster and embed the FleetPartners values
- Sound understanding of financial related outcomes through the management of maintenance budget vs actual spend and working closely with the finance team to provide monthly insights and accruals/provisions
- Work order and purchase invoice management to ensure any maintenance, tyre and repair work is carried out and completed promptly to minimise any disruption to our customers and supplier network.
- Effectively manage key supplier relationships, ensuring agreements are in place, adherence to service and quality and cost.
- Contribute to the overall strategy of Operations and represent R&M on any projects or new business initiatives.
- Identifying efficiency improvements through the adoption of technology and digital capabilities
- Foster a continuous process improvement culture within the team. Encouraging ideas and implementing ‘quick wins’ to increase efficiency and customer experience.
- Escalation point for all maintenance enquiries, ensuring all allocated Net Promoter Score (NPS) and complaint cases are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Represent R&M and provide coaching, support and up-skilling to internal departments in order to reduce incoming cases/queries.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant maintenance and servicing experience within the automotive or related industry
