**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:The Mercy Health Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain Team operate over all of Mercy Health's entities delivering benefits over Hospitals, Aged Care, Home Care and Palliative Care. The team work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve best value propositions to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients, residents, clients and staff.
- This is a Permanent Fulltime role working with the Procurement, Contracts and Supply Team
- Based at the Richmond Office in the Contracts function of the team
- You will be responsible for the complete management of the Contracts area of the team
- Engaging and working closely with Key Stakeholders to get best value outcomes
- Working within a multi-entity organisation over Hospitals, Palliative Care, Residential Aged Care and Home Care.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- _Relevant tertiary legal qualification or experience preferably with legal or commercial background_
- 5 years Contract Management experience
- _3 Years staff management experience_
- _Experience in dealing with contract templates and managing departures_
