**Job Description**:
**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Group IT function in Port Melbourne. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Toll Port Melbourne office and providing essential administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Office of the CIO team.

As the Office Manager, you will:

- Serve as the welcoming face of the Toll office, providing general support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage office services, including organizing office operations, supplies, property matters, and procedures.
- Coordinate office logistics, such as handling office supplies, deliveries, invoices, maintenance, mailing, shipping, building access, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Ensure office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems, while developing and promoting operational procedures.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and team events, actively participating in the planning and execution of company events.
- Provide administrative support, including handling requests and queries from senior managers, booking travel arrangements, reconciling expense reports, and maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate / IT environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and MS Teams)
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
