Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in being responsible for all payroll duties for our NSW, VIC, ACT and SA offices. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, processing and reviewing all payroll related processes, maintaining records, calculating and reconciling leave entitlements, and providing all round administrative and clerical support to our Finance and Administration teams. You will work closely with our team to polish your skills and become an integral part of the team, and will take pride in your work, be supportive to others and maintain the integrity and quality Pro AV Solutions has become synonymous with.
- Formal qualifications in accounting and/or finance preferred
- Available for approximately 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in Australia
- Positive enthusiastic commitment to work and the achievement of results
- High level of critical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong PC skills and experience with relevant accounting software
