**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This Global Healthcare business is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their small HR team as the Payroll SME for a maternity leave cover for a 12-14 month period.

This Payroll Specialist position has a good variety of responsibilities which include; the processing of the monthly ANZ payroll through ADP (400 employees), updating and maintaining data integrity of SAP, administration of workers compensation, monthly and quarterly reporting, data analytics around compensation and benefits and providing HR administrative support to the HR Business Partners with the opportunity to develop in that space. You will also have the opportunity to work on HR projects including a global system implementation of success factors and get more involved in the compensation and benefits space.

SUITED TO

This will suit someone who enjoys payroll but is looking for some more variety, you want to work on projects and enjoy the interactive side of what you do. You are interested in analytics and also people and would like a mixed position where you can get into the detail but also be able to engage and support the business around HR activities and HR projects.
