**Description**:
Reporting into the National HR Manager; this position plays a key role in supporting the Australian operation with HR processes and queries.Based in our Forest Hill clinic. The duties of the role will include (but arent limited to):
- Acting as the first contact including providing first-level HR advice to Managers in the Melbourne Clinic.
- Manage internal recruitment such as advertising, interview coordination and reference checks all the way through to obtaining Probity documents and cpntrcat creation.
- Administration of a seamless onboarding experience for Melbourne new employees and hiring managers.
- Processing and coordination of Workcover claims, providing payroll reports, liasing with Therapy Managers and the Insurer.
- Ensure all employee records are current, complete, and meet legislative requirements.
- Compliance tasks, including assisting with salary / wage audits, ensuring employees have signed all policies and other relevant documents, ensuring employee licences and qualifications are current;
- Prepare HR reports for monthly manager meetings and provide all necessary information to payroll in a timely manner.
- Monitor probation reviews and the annual performance planning and review process, ensuring all employees participate in an annual performance review in a timely fashion.
- Manage the HR System including the configuration of specific system components, enabling customised HR functionality through the development of forms, workflows, notifications, reports and dashboards with quality outputs.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About the right person**:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or another relevant discipline
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Possess proficient computer skills and be adaptable to new and existing technologies and software
- Proven time management and organisational skills to accomplish objectives effectively within a given timeframe.

- Minimum 2 years previous experience in an HR generalist position
- Sensitivity, understanding and empathy
- The ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build rapport quickly
- The ability to work at a fast pace and juggle multiple priorities
- The ability to work independently unsupervised and as part of a team.
- A Working with Children Check WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
- A NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
