Engagement & Change Advisory (ECA) comprises three core capabilities: Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, Social Value and Transformation and Change. The continued growth of our Transformation and Change practice provides the opportunity for a Manager (Transformation & Change) to join our South Australian and Victorian region (SAVI) based in our Melbourne office, reporting to the ECA Regional Service Group Director.
Our Transformation and Change team partners with clients to delivery their most important change program. Our leading specialists design and realign organisational capability, culture, behaviours and structures to accelerate adoption and embed performance outcomes.
The role of Manager plays an important role to deliver, grow and lead. The below brings these three themes to life.
The role and your experience
Deliver: As a Manager, you will work with clients to delivery change projects end-to-end. As an established change practitioner, your transformation experience is broad enabling you to adapt to a diverse range of project settings. Your comprehensive knowledge of change methodologies, principles, processes, and tools allows you to assess, plan and implement change efficiently and effectively. You have experience engaging at all levels of an organisation, and are accustomed to engaging senior leaders/executives to achieve sponsorship for change. We will wrap support around you when you need it, and empower you when you tell us you’ve got it. Grow: Growth is at the heart of our business, and bringing in new and interesting work enables our people to learn and develop. As a leader in our Adelaide team, you will support a pipeline of future opportunities, actively contribute to business development, and shape successful proposals that differentiate us the market. Although not mandatory, previous experience in Management Consulting (e.g. big 4, change consulting) will greatly support your success in this role. For us, business development is a team sport and you will be supported by your leaders, peers and team to achieve shared success.
Lead: This role requires an adaptable and dynamic leader. Beyond supporting and developing direct reports, your leadership may extend to project teams/streams and client relationships.
