Change Manager

The role of the Transformation Change Manager is primarily to maximise the outcomes of the change activities across projects and initiatives within Transformation or other strategic change priority, by facilitating the business and program team to:

- Ensure Bupa People are ready, willing and able to adopt and maximise the benefits of new processes and systems
- Minimise change impacts to the greatest extent possible
- Optimise innovation
- Sustain transformation initiatives well beyond ‘go live’.

**This is a 12- 18 month (Fixed Term) full-time position which can be based in Melbourne or Sydney office when you are not working from home. (Bupa offers hybrid working and you can work from the office or at home)**

**How will I help?**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Driving change thought leadership within initiatives
- Stakeholder analysis
- Identifying and sizing People impacts
- Developing and delivering change implementation plans
- Measuring and supporting change readiness
- Optimising sustainable change effectiveness for assigned initiatives and projects, in line with the Change and Engagement Strategy.

**What do I need?
- Extensive professional experience in Change Management working on large scale transformation projects ideally with a large organisation
- Relevant qualifications within change management
- You are resilient, flexible and adaptable in your approach with the ability to juggle multiple demand, shifting priorities and managing business needs in a changing environment
- Extensive Stakeholder Management experience with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
