We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. **About the opportunity**
Reporting to our
**Manager, Organisational Change** this role will leverage strong stakeholder skills to identify and mitigate change impacts, assess organisational readiness, and develop and deliver adoption plans to support change programs across the college. You’ll facilitate end to end change planning and implementation for strategic projects and transformation initiatives. You’ll do this by:

- Partnering with business units to enable change and engagement, driving implementation and adoption of strategic projects and improvement initiatives.
- Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assessing change “go live” readiness, and identifying and actively engaging key stakeholders.
- Developing a strategy to support the adoption of change management techniques within business units and with members, including targeted change and engagement activity, communications and training as required.
- Facilitating change workshops, engaging stakeholders in the role of change to support improved outcomes and adoption of change.
- Developing and delivering culture, system and process change projects within the transformation program

**About you**
As our
**Change Manager**, you’ll have responsibility for leading collaboration and co-design activities, providing expert advice and people centred recommendations to engage and embed sustainable change and new ways of working. To succeed in the role, you’ll have:

- You’ve done this before with proven knowledge, skills and experience working through extensive workplace change programs and come with a readymade toolkit
- You’re no stranger to business transformation and what it takes to deliver enterprise change and transformational programs across industries.
- You are a true partner to the business, collaborative, empathetic with a sense of humour and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You can facilitate with ease and have a natural ability to bring people together.
- You’re a natural problem solver who takes initiative with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
