Golfers Paradise Club offers the ultimate golf experience by delivering indoor golf simulators for gaming and practicing. We also offer a selection of gourmet meals and drinks and we’re fully licensed.

**Position Available**:
**Responsibilities**:
ž Oversee the daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and service standards, to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

ž Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

ž Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and special offers to attract customers and boost sales.

ž Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through effective financial oversight.

ž Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.

ž Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

ž Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

ž Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operations, menu offerings, and overall performance.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Diploma of Hospitality Management

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a fast food manager.

Other requirement:

- Attention to detail and excellence in execution
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to deliver cost efficiencies
