About the role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Process Worker to work on our Carousel within our grading facility at MacGregor. This will be ongoing work with an immediate start. As our Carousel Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Taking boxes of graded eggs off carousel and packing onto pallets
- Packing pallets of graded eggs
- Working at a fast pace
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing, bending and lifting for long periods
Be proud to play a key role in ensuring fresh eggs reach supermarket shelves – your work directly supports the food chain and keeps communities stocked
Role Details
- Monday to Friday. 6.30AM start until 2.30PM. We are looking for flexible workers who are able to do additional hours when required.
Location: MacGregor ACT
Salary: ranging from $30.35 per hour and depending on experience

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a packing/production environment.
- Used to working to a fast pace in a high-pressure setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting loads.
- Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
- Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
- A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin.
- A current Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
