Sales & Projects Coordinator - Lighting

As our business grows, we’re looking for someone who can help keep our projects and operations running smoothly from behind the scenes.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on coordinator role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, working on a computer, and supporting project workflows. You’ll work closely with our sales team, project managers, and warehouse to track sales orders, lighting schedules, and stock movement—primarily using NetSuite (training provided).

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and process **sales orders** in NetSuite
- Review **lighting plans** and assist in preparing project schedules
- Track and update **key project dates**, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate with the **warehouse** for timely stock dispatch and delivery
- Monitor stock availability and update the team
- Support project documentation and customer communication when required

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an admin, operations, or coordinator role (lighting/construction or Electrical preferred)
- Strong understanding of **project workflows** and timelines
- Experience with **NetSuite** (preferred but not essential - training will be provided)
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work across teams and handle multiple tasks calmly
- Comfortable working with lighting plans and documentation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
