92 Unit project located in Edmenson Park

The position will report directly to the Site Manager and you will be focused exclusively on the external and internal finishes/defects of what is a high-end residential project.

Your duties will include;
- Management of multiple finishes trades and site personnel
- Sequencing
- Driving site productivity
- Helping push and hit the construction program
- Managing all the internal finishes elements of the apartment
- Managing OHS and Site Safety
- Managing the finishes to a high standard
- Reducing any defects
- Experience working on multi-unit, high-rise residential and commercial construction projects
- Carpentry trade background ideal
- Worked as a Finishes Foreman for builders or developers in Sydney.
- Worked on construction projects in excess of $20M
- Ability to manage and sequence finishes trades.
- Holds safety as a priority.
- A strong eye for detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
- Ideally available for a start at short notice.
- Able to provide references from previous employers
