**Your new company**
Situated within one of the largest Federal Government Departments, this taskforce supports the functions of a Royal Commission and are currently seeking multiple APS5/6 Project and Executive Coordination Officers to join their team.

**Your new role**
Supporting the implementation of reforms as a response to a Royal Commission, your responsibilities may include:

- Developing reports, briefs, papers an written advice for a variety of stakeholders
- Sourcing, engaging with and summarising information from multiple sources
- Undertaking stakeholder consultation through a variety of means
- Directly support senior executives to undertake a variety of administrative and business support activities

**What you'll need to succeed**
To thrive in this position you will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience across program/project support, executive support, business coordination, policy and/or governance
- Ability to undertake research to find, collate and interpret information from various sources
- Strengths across developing documentation, reports and papers to advise and inform internal stakeholders
- Adaptability, strong time management and organisation skills
- Strategic thinking and the confidence to engage in stakeholder consultation activities

You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply, as well as hold or be able to obtain a minimum Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance.
