Technical Writer at an APS5/6 level wanted for a well known Federal Government Agency located in Barton.

**Your new company**
This Technical Writer role is with a well known Federal Government Department located in Barton, due to upcoming requirements and new projects they are looking to onboard a skilled Technical Writer ASAP

**Your new role**
This Government Department has a requirement for a Technical Writer to prepare technical documentation and capability plans, with duties including but not limited to, preparing high quality documentation related to the development and ongoing operation of a specific hardware solution and the accompanying analytical capability as well as liaising with the capability manager and systems engineer to determine the most appropriate documentation requirements, setting documentation standards and operate a quality assurance function

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Editorial / technical writing qualifications
- Previous experience as a Technical Writer producing technical documentation and user guides (Essential)
- Prior Government experience (within the Department would be advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
