Sales Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join an international automotive company as a Sales Support Administrator.

**Your new role**
- Prepare purchase quotes/ orders/ contracts in a timely manner
- Follow up quotations provided to customers weekly
- Invoicing and reporting
- Sales support to sales team
- Respond to all customer requests within agreed timeframes
- Develop rapport and open communication with all customers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Solid administration skills
- Some exposure/experience in Fleet management
- Advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Previous experience working in a sales team preferable.
