An exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join an automotive company in Silverwater, WFH flexibility
**Your new role**
- Attend to telephone enquiries
- Customer sales order entry
- Customer sales order and invoice processing
- Work together with the warehouse staff to process orders daily
- Check outgoing manifest against Confirmed Shipments of the day
- Electronic filing of all documents
- EDI Orders - validation, acknowledgment
- Maintain Orders Master Spreadsheet
- Maintain MYOB Advanced Customers in support of Office Supervisor
- Other general office duties and support of other administration staff whilst absent, as required
- Ongoing development of existing Policies and Procedures.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- **Excellent customer service and administration skills**

- **An Interest in cars/ automotive industry desired**

- **MYOB experience desired, not essential
