**Description**:
We are a progressive and innovative engineering company specialising in the custom design and manufacture of Minerals Processing, Water Treatment, and Construction equipment.
Having just celebrated our 30-year milestone, we are now looking to add depth to our accounts and administration team based in Wetherill Park, with the addition of an accounts officer. The role is broad based AR/AP and other accounts duties and is part of an existing finance team. Role is permanent full time. Newly created additional role.
Your duties will include:
Assisting with AR/AP processing and supporting existing dedicated staff.
Vendor and Customer file maintenance.
Bank Reconciliations.
Ad-hoc Accounts duties.
Essential criteria:
3+ years’ experience in accounts payable and or receivables processing and vendor management.
Accounts receivable processing.
ERP system experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or similar is highly desirable
Solid communication skills and the ability to work with various departments to resolve queries
Able to communicate clearly over the phone.
Good attention to detail.
Adaptable to a business that is on the move and growing
