We are looking for a responsible Accounts Assistant to perform a variety of accounting and clerical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Entering Supplier and customer invoices.
- Processing weekly payroll (15 employees)
- Monthly supplier payments
- Reconciling credit cards
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Following up customers for overdue payments
- Month-end adjusting journals

**Requirements**:

- Experience as accounts assistance is preferred.
- Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Other adhoc tasks as requested by management.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
