Job description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive demand for our exclusive range of different type of construction projects
- Marketing specialist will coordinate the development of advertising and marketing campaigns and act as the liaison between clients and advertising agencies.
- To research a client’s products, services, target markets and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and interior designers.
- To meet with clients to discuss and identify their advertising needs, marketing goals and budget. This information is then used to brief the rest of Smart Vision team and guide them in creating a campaign. To present the team’s proposed campaign to the client for approval and any modification.
- To plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers.
- Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
- To do market research analysts, help companies figure out what sells. To analyse market data on a local, regional, or national level, and determine what people are buying, what gaps are in the market, what type of people buy what products, and what people are willing to spend on those products. marketing specialists and research analysts have their finger on the pulse of what sells around the country, analysing demographic data, buying, and shopping habits, looking at a competitor and their pricing, creating and administering surveys, questionnaires and other information gathering devices, measuring current strategies.
Required skills and experience.
- Web based and Content Management System (CMS) experience, in particular Word Press.
- Proven and accomplished skills in SEO and SEM, and in using a variety of software programs such as Microsoft Office, Content Management, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of current marketing practices and tools including CRM and analytics platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate the implementation of strategies, as well as success in all forms of social media.
- A marketing degree is also preferred
- Photography and Videographer skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of current marketing and communications activities, trends, tools and principles, and the ability to collect, analyse data and present information in a meaningful manner.
- Proven experience in implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the Real Estate or Property sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards, timeline and budgets.
- High level of planning and organisational skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service, internally and externally.
- High level of motivation, initiative, flexibility and passion for events.
