We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to drive strategic market expansion and marketing initiatives. This role blends **market research, data-driven insights, and hands-on marketing execution** to support business growth and brand positioning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Strategic Insights**
- Conduct **market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights** to identify opportunities in new markets, industries, and regions.
- Develop **strategic recommendations** to inform marketing and business growth initiatives.

**Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution**
- Assist in planning and implementing **marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities** aligned with market insights.
- Support the development of **advertising, content, and brand messaging** to enhance market positioning.

**B2B Event & Lead Generation Strategy**
- Plan and execute **B2B events, trade shows, and networking initiatives** to drive brand awareness and business development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure events align with broader marketing and sales objectives.

**Digital & CRM Marketing**
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize customer interactions and lead management.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Tracking**
- Partner with internal teams to ensure **marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs**.
- Provide insights and reporting on **marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends**.

This role is ideal for a **strategic yet hands-on marketing professional** who can translate **market insights into impactful marketing initiatives** that drive business growth.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in the related major
- 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
